Description:
Well established client based in Blackheath has an opportunity for a Junior Personal Assistant with at least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant to join their team. Requirements:- Grade 12 with post matric qualification in relevant field
- 2 – 4 years related experience as a Personal Assistant
- Well spoken in Afrikaans and English
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to multitask and good time management
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Well organized and understand confidentiality
- Ability to liaise with clients at all levels
- Answering of calls and directing calls to correct channel
- Email correspondence
- General office administration
- Manage the Directors' diary, calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, and proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts to optimize time management
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and report inquiries to the directors when needed or urgent
- Direct administrative support to the directors’ drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling confidential documents with discretion and confidentiality.
- Handling correspondence on behalf of the Directors
- Assist with preparation of materials for meetings
