Description:

Hire Resolve is proud to partner with a leading agricultural and retail business in the search for a highly skilled Executive Manager – Remuneration & Benefits , based in Malmesbury . This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for managing the full scope of compensation, benefits, and fund administration across a large, multi-branch organisation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in remuneration strategy, compliance, and payroll systems to drive fair, competitive, and compliant reward practices in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all compensation, benefits, and fund administration programs across the organisation.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor remuneration policies, systems, and procedures.

  • Advise senior management on compensation strategies and policy recommendations.

  • Ensure full compliance with tax, social, and regulatory requirements, including statutory returns.

  • Prepare and manage the HR budget, including remuneration planning and cost forecasting.

  • Support and manage processes related to collective bargaining agreements.

  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.


Requirements
  • National Diploma in a remuneration/compensation-related field.

  • At least 8 years of extensive experience in remuneration & benefits, specifically within the retail and/or agricultural retail industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a Remuneration Department.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation strategies, and relevant tax legislation.

  • Strong expertise in pension fund administration.

  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll operating systems; experience with SAGE 300 is advantageous.
