The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Assist with the installation of new machinery or upgrades to existing equipment.

Requirements:

• N6 or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Trade Test (Millwright, Fitter, or Electrician) is essential.

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willingness to work shifts or respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.
