To deliver high-quality legal education, contribute to academic scholarship through research and publications, and support the continued development of the Law Department. The role includes teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate law courses, supervising research, and participating in academic leadership, depending on rank.

Qualifications Required:
Master’s Degree in Law (LLM or equivalent)
PhD in Law or a related legal discipline
Admission to a legal bar or professional legal qualification (advantageous)
Demonstrated record of academic scholarship and publication (required for Associate Professor level)
Experience:
Assistant Professor:
Minimum of 3–5 years of post-PhD teaching and research experience in legal education
Associate Professor:
Minimum of 8–10 years of teaching, research, and academic leadership
Experience in curriculum development, legal research, and student mentoring
Strong publication record in peer-reviewed law journals (essential for Associate level)
Prior involvement in legal clinics, moot court supervision, or law reform (preferred)
