Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Experience in managing subcontracts and procurement. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
Ability to manage budgets and cost controls. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance. Evaluate subcontractor performance and resolve disputes. Prepare and review contracts and cost estimates. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor and control costs within the subcontracted scope.
