Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support all IT infrastructure servers, computers, network, connectivity, and telephony. Supervise IT support staff and provide performance guidance and development. Administer user accounts, access rights, and inter-office connectivity. Oversee system maintenance, backups, patching, and hardware lifecycle management. Implement and manage IT security: firewalls, antivirus, and monitoring tools. Handle supplier contracts, licensing, SLA compliance, and procurement processes. Develop, test, and maintain the disaster recovery and business continuity plan.Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant IT degree or diploma. 34 years in IT support and network/infrastructure administration. At least 2 years leading a small IT team. Strong experience with:Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Switching, Routing, VMWare Hardware troubleshooting and telephony systems Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
