We are looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at a premier hotel, helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. About the Role:
As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth running of the hotel’s daily operations. You will have a key focus on Food & Beverage service delivery and administrative management, ensuring all departments collaborate effectively to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring high standards in all restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
  • Oversee administrative duties including financial reporting, budgeting, stock control, and compliance.
  • Support the General Manager in managing the hotel's day-to-day operations across all departments.
  • Supervise and develop staff, ensuring consistent performance and guest service excellence.
  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes for F&B and operational needs.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and exceeded at all times.
  • Assist with guest relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior hotel role, ideally as Assistant GM, F&B Manager, or Operations Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong Food & Beverage management expertise, with experience in fine dining, banqueting, and bar operations.
  • Solid administrative and financial skills, with experience in budgeting, stock control, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to excellence in guest service.
