In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Executive Director’s schedule, travel, meetings, expense reports, and office administration. Your expertise in coordinating logistics, handling communication across departments, and supporting internal operations will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s day-to-day activities and wider team efficiency.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, with a diploma or degree in business, communications, or office management. Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills will also be valuable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems like SAP or Syspro. The ability to work independently and under pressure is key.
