IT Training Specialist

• • TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: IT Training Specialist within the IT division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
    
    

This role focuses on end-user training—helping staff confidently use Microsoft tools to work efficiently. The Training Specialist will design and deliver engaging, practical sessions for non-technical users.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications
• Conduct both live and virtual training sessions, as well as in-person workshops where required
• Provide hands-on support for employees, helping them adjust to new tools
• Offer bite-sized training sessions for different skill levels, from beginners to power users
• Develop easy-to-follow training materials such as quick reference guides, videos, FAQs, and user-friendly how-to documents
• Work closely with the IT and Change Management teams to ensure training aligns with the company’s migration plan
• Address common end-user concerns and make the transition to new features feel simple and stress-free
• Gather feedback from employees to improve training content and methods
• Champion a positive and supportive learning culture, encouraging employees to embrace the new tools
• Provide follow-up support, including refresher sessions and drop-in Q&A sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification (advantageous)
• Previous experience delivering training to non-technical users in a corporate environment
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications from an end-user perspective
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way
• Experience creating training materials (videos, presentations, guides, FAQs)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience conducting virtual and in-person training sessions
• Passion for helping people learn and gain confidence in using technology
