Seeking a proactive and organised individual to coordinate service operations and billing functions in a Managed Print Services (MPS) environment. The role supports SLA compliance, customer service, and profitability.

Key Duties

  • Log service calls and manage technician schedules
  • Plan and coordinate printer installations
  • Process job cards, close tickets, and order parts
  • Handle Lexmark & HP warranty claims
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for services and consumables
  • Monitor and order consumables using Printanista & ConnectWise
  • Perform admin tasks on Accumatica (sales orders, POs, GRVs)
  • Manage stock and consumable level reports
  • Assist with monthly SLA/CPC billing and forecasts
  • Administer SLA contracts and support escalations

  • Strong accounting background
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • MPS experience is a plus
