An opportunity has become available for a Quality In-service Trainee based at National Brands Westmead Biscuits factory in Pinetown, Durban reporting to the Quality Manager. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Experiential Learning will be acquired through exposure to Food Safety, in process Quality, incoming laboratory samples and Quality Systems.

What you will need to be considered:
Qualifications:
- A 2-year Food Technology Diploma and only requiring the 6-months in-service training to complete studies
Additional Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Able to work irregular hours
- Leadership skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently
- Initiative
