Qualification:- Matric - Grade 12 essential
- Secretarial / Admin Diploma (Minimum 1 year full time course)
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, One Drive and MS TeamsExperience and duties:
- Coordinate and support day to day administrative activities
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Effective time management and record keeping
- Methodical
- Able to work under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi task and be able to use own initiative
