Description:

The Local Choice Pharmacy in Delams has an opportunity available for a Site Project Coordinator. To oversee and direct projects from conception to completion while drawing and maintaining As-Is and Site Plans. The role is also responsible in ensuring the projects are completed in timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Specification…

Project Management
  • Administer contractor performance for all projects and ensure compliance to all agreements and assist in various new and rebuild projects.
  • Manage multiple construction projects at one given time and prepare construction progressreports for all projects on everyday basis and manage all communication with contractors andproject managers.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve all queries for site progress.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
  • Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues.
  • Oversee design progress against schedule and budget.
  • Conduct measurements of pharmacies and draw site plans as required.
  • Draw new site plans for the Virtual care Clinics as required.
  • To proactively manage changes in project scope, ensure that any change to project scope is documented and approve.
  • Drive implementation of projects plans, timelines, critical milestones, quality and costs, including the production of purchase orders.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Compile and prepare project estimates by gathering information from proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
  • Coordinate engagement sessions between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
  • Present a prepare project estimates by analysing information and trends.
  • Facilitate stakeholder and engagement meetings to review project status.
  • Health & Safety & Compliance:
  • Facilitate all forms of risk assessment - manual handling, fire risk assessments / fire prevention to ensure third parties are adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Acts.
  • Inspect all construction sites to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinate with various team to gather all permits for projects.
  • Ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards, and that working conditions are safe and meet legal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to highlight areas of potential risks.
Reporting
  • To report on variation of drawings/designs to Management.
  • Report on the progression of drawing completions and ensure the timely completion of all allocated projects.
  • Prepare and submit monthly or weekly progress reports as required.

Competencies...

Essential:

  • Maintain current knowledge of National legislature on compliance regulations.
  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Autocad, Archicad, Revit, Architecture, Corel Draw, Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
