Description:
Ensure effective administration for all payroll processes according to timeframes and governance.
Responsibilities
Ensure monthly payroll is correct and timeously administered.
Provide leave balance reports and ensure leave is correctly captured and managed.
Provide administration support to relevant audits and ensure actions are timeously implemented where required.
Ensure new hires and terminations are correctly loaded and communicated to business.
UI19 and provident fund forms to be completed for employees
Provide ad hoc support to Remuneration Manager on payroll or benefits related matters.
Experience and Skills
Matric/Diploma in HR, Finance or related field.
Possess a solid understanding of payroll management.
Have good stakeholder management skills
Strong administration skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A diplomatic and professional approach to conflict.
Ideally passionate about Sport and Gaming.
