Qualifications- Matric Requirements
- 4-5 years experience with the security industry
- Proven track record in business development, sales or account management (experience in security/domestic residential markets
- PSIRA registered an advantage
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting
Proven record of achieving sales targetsDuties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic/residential guarding market
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, estate developers, and community associations
- Develop customized security solutions to meet client specific needs
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and security consultations
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and report on sales activity and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and local market dynamics
