Salary: R650 000 – R750 000 CTC per annum

A growing financial technology firm is looking for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to step into a Business Development Manager role. Ideal for a candidate with a passion for tech and experience in SaaS sales and B2B outbound development , this front-office role offers the chance to work closely with C-suite executives and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience selling SaaS platforms
- Proven B2B outbound sales/business development background
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Confident presenting to and negotiating with executive stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Target-driven with strong time management
- Comfortable conducting product demos and custom presentations
- Open to feedback and continuous learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and target international clients
- Drive outbound sales and business development
- Present demos, negotiate, and manage full sales process
- Support pricing proposals and RFP responses
- Oversee onboarding, training, and client migration
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Serve as account manager for new and existing clients
