We are a growing small business led by a dynamic founder and CEO with a passion for excellence and innovation. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource & Executive Assistant . This unique dual-role position offers the opportunity to apply your HR expertise while working closely with the CEO to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

  • Assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.

  • Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate training and development activities.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Founder & CEO, including managing calendars, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support special projects and brand events, including photoshoots, fashion shows, and campaign planning.
  • Manage certain personal errands or tasks to allow the CEO to focus on business strategy.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a Major in Human Resource Management.

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources and/or Executive Assistant role.

    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.

    • Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or HR software is a plus.

    • Interest in or experience within the fashion, retail, or creative industry.

    • Passionate about empowering women and working in a purpose-led brand.

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    • A problem-solver who can adapt quickly and take initiative.
