We are a growing small business led by a dynamic founder and CEO with a passion for excellence and innovation. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource & Executive Assistant . This unique dual-role position offers the opportunity to apply your HR expertise while working closely with the CEO to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Human Resource Responsibilities:

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
-
Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR compliance requirements.
-
Coordinate training and development activities.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Founder & CEO, including managing calendars, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
- Support special projects and brand events, including photoshoots, fashion shows, and campaign planning.
- Manage certain personal errands or tasks to allow the CEO to focus on business strategy.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a Major in Human Resource Management.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources and/or Executive Assistant role.
