Description:
- Manage all aspects of the winemaking process, including crushing, fermentation, blending, aging, and bottling
- Collaborate with vineyard managers to monitor grape quality and determine harvest timing
- Develop wine blends and styles that align with market trends and brand goals
- Maintain accurate production records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Oversee quality control procedures and perform regular lab testing
- Supervise and train cellar staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Participate in tastings, marketing events, and customer engagement activities as needed
Requirements:
