- Oversee and manage the entire winemaking process, including fermentation, blending, and maturation.
- Collaborate closely with the Viticulturist to ensure optimal grape quality and harvest timing.
- Monitor and adjust wine production processes to achieve desired styles and characteristics.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control checks at each stage of production.
- Manage cellar operations, including barrel aging, racking, and bottling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Develop and experiment with new blends and wine styles that reflect market trends and unique terroir.
- Maintain meticulous records of production processes and inventory.
- Represent Wine Estate at tastings, events, and industry functions to promote the brand.
