Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present monthly internal reports (management accounts, variance analysis) with insightful commentary. Analyze site performance and recommend initiatives to improve profitability. Lead and guide the budgeting and forecasting process using SAP BPC tools. Review and reconcile billing systems (TMS) with SAP and financial systems. Prepare and deliver reports: sales reports, client profitability, GP dashboards, and EBIT bridges. Serve as a finance liaison between the Regional Shared Services Centre and operations. Drive net working capital improvements and maintain control structures in SAP. Represent finance in management meetings and ensure compliance with financial processes. Support group and statutory audits (IFRS) by providing accurate and timely financial data. Conduct controller visits and support business performance reviews and training. Develop and present board-level presentations and business cases.
Qualifications & Skills
BCompt with Honours or currently studying towards Honours (essential). CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified candidates highly preferred. Matric with a minimum of 70% in Accounting and Mathematics. Minimum 3 years in business controlling or financial management. Experience in a Shared Services or audit environment is an advantage. High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, SAP BPC, and financial systems. Strong communication, time management, and leadership abilities. Must have a valid drivers license and be open to travel.
