As the Junior Business Controller , you will support senior finance leaders with financial planning, performance analysis, and cost control across various African sites. You will be responsible for preparing cross-border reports, assisting with budget forecasts, analysing variances, and providing insights that support strategic decisions. This role requires a strong grasp of cross-border financial regulations, exchange controls, and local compliance frameworks.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting, Finance or related qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a business control, financial analysis, or management accounting role.
- Cross-border experience in African territories is essential.
- Mining or heavy industry exposure is highly advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, SAGE X3, or similar).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
