Job & Company Description:My client is a leading car rental service in South Africa with over nearly 6 decades of experience. They offer a wide range of vehicles across major cities locally and has a footprint into the SADC region. Their key services include standard rentals, chauffeur drives, airport transfers, and corporate packages.
They main key responsibility of the successful incumbent will be to coordinate payroll expenses and taxes to ensure they are paid correctly and timeously. Must have experience on handling multiple payrolls.
Job skills and requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Experience on Symplexity highly advantageous! Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll. Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Payroll or related
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct payroll team Direct payroll teams workload to meet deadlines Responsible for employee relations and administering benefit plans Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner Review payroll policies and amend procedures when required
