Job Description
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Project administration

Leading the planning and execution of property renovation, upgrade, and development initiatives

Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery

Liaising with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across all project phases

Ensuring full compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability practices

Identifying project risks early and implementing effective strategies to mitigate delays and cost overruns
