Job Overview

As a Junior Project Manager at WBWR, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating and delivering digital projects across our marketing, strategy, creative, and media teams. You’ll be the glue that holds timelines, tasks, and teams together—ensuring smooth execution and outstanding outcomes for our clients.

You’ll report to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with key stakeholders to manage workflows, solve problems proactively, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role (agency experience preferred)

  • Exposure to or understanding of digital marketing, creative workflows, or e-commerce operations

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

  • Comfortable working across teams and taking initiative when challenges arise

  • Curious, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for learning

  • Enthusiasm for digital, marketing, and delivering client success

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage internal project timelines and task assignments

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in tracking project progress and flagging bottlenecks

  • Assist with project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates

  • Liaise with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and momentum

  • Help manage scope, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects

  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and client-facing roles

  • Support quality assurance processes and ensure final outputs meet expectations

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
