Description:
To meet the minimum requirements, youll need a Masters Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Biotechnology (or equivalent experience), plus 25 years of experience in a similar R&D or Process Manager role. Strong knowledge of food processing, good communication skills, and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude are essential. You should be able to manage tasks independently, lead small teams, and be willing to travel.
