Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented and user-focused Digital UX Designer to help craft intuitive, conversion-driven digital experiences for ecommerce brands. In this role, you’ll design user flows, wireframes, and interfaces that balance user needs with commercial goals—helping clients improve engagement, retention, and performance.
You’ll work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and strategists to bring digital journeys to life, contributing across the full design process from discovery to final UI handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clear, user-centred wireframes , sitemaps , prototypes , and UI layouts for websites, ecommerce platforms, and landing pages.
- Design marketing content across email campaigns, landing pages, display ads, paid social, and website elements .
- Translate business and marketing goals into user flows that optimize experience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with brand guidelines, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Use customer data, usability principles, and stakeholder feedback to continuously iterate and improve digital experiences.
- Conduct or support user testing, UX audits, or heuristic evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and UX best practices, applying relevant insights to your work.
Requirements
- 3- 5 years of experience in digital or UX design, ideally within an ecommerce or performance marketing environment.
- A portfolio showcasing UX thinking, wireframes, and final design execution across web and/or mobile.
- Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility.
- Ability to interpret data, heatmaps, or user behavior into meaningful UX solutions.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset—comfortable working with both creative and technical teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless, intuitive experiences.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with platforms like Shopify , Webflow , or WordPress .
- Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO principles, or tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize.
- Understanding of basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) to support developer handoff.
- Background in content design or UX writing.
- Animation or motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
