Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-driven Senior Digital Content & UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centric digital experiences that are as beautiful as they are effective. You’ll work at the intersection of content design, user experience, and brand storytelling—translating insights into interfaces that convert, engage, and elevate.
This role requires a strong grasp of UX principles, digital content strategy, and ecommerce behavior. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and strategists to ensure every touchpoint is intuitive, brand-aligned, and results-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- UX & UI Design: Lead the design of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for websites, ecommerce platforms, landing pages, and digital tools.
- Content Strategy: Shape and structure digital content to support user journeys, drive conversions, and reflect each brand’s tone and voice.
- Research & Insights: Use customer data, analytics, and best practices to inform design decisions and content hierarchy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, performance marketers, and account leads to ensure creative execution aligns with strategic goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are visually aligned with the client’s brand guidelines, voice, and digital identity.
- Usability & Accessibility: Apply best practices in accessibility and UX to build inclusive, high-performing experiences across devices and browsers.
- Client Presentation: Present and explain design rationale to both internal teams and external clients confidently and clearly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on UX/UI and content strategy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, ecommerce, and content-led design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma , Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, wireframing, content structure, and responsive design.
- Experience designing for ecommerce platforms like Shopify , WordPress , or Webflow .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for tone and detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and performance metrics.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, or behavioral analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or the ability to work closely with developers on responsive front-end builds.
- Comfort working on UX audits or providing heuristic evaluations for clients.
- Background in ecommerce, lifestyle brands, or content-rich digital experiences.
- Animation or motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
