Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting project goals, creating project plans, coordinating team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:

Guide projects from initiation to completion by preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering resources

Assess situations quickly to determine and implement the best course of action while maintaining quality and safety standards

Ensure project deliverables meet required specifications and performance standards
-
Take proactive steps to implement decisions effectively and keep projects on track
-
Compile User Requirement Specifications (URS) aligned with the defined project scope
-
Deliver assigned projects On Time In Full (OTIF) by completing all phases of the project lifecycle
-
Ensure all technical aspects of projects are fulfilled
-
Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and suppliers to ensure OTIF project delivery
-
Identify potential project risks and establish corrective actions proactively
-
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to project design and implementation
-
Record and maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, manuals, SOPs, and work instructions
-
Monitor and manage project expenses in alignment with the approved budget
-
Apply effective change control when introducing new technologies, methods, processes, or equipment
-
Support the quality team with customer complaint resolutions and preventive action plans
-
Identify value-engineering opportunities to enhance process capability
-
Recognize and mitigate potential product and occupational health and safety (OHS) risks
Qualifications:

University degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
-
Over 5 years of practical experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or related fields
-
Proven track record of delivering projects On Time In Full (OTIF) following professional project management principles
-
Experience in mechanical design within a production environment
-
Knowledge of industrial automation and electrical control systems (advantageous)
-
Experience in pneumatic system design (advantageous)
-
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (advantageous)
