We’re on the hunt for a Senior Insights Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive research excellence for some of South Africa’s top brands.
What you’ll do:
As a Senior Insights Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our research projects from setup to final delivery. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design smart research solutions, and deliver insights that matter. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where no two days look the same.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their industry
- Designing thoughtful research proposals and costing with the support of the insights lead
- Managing projects end-to-end, keeping everything on time, on budget, and on brief
- Developing sharp questionnaires and discussion guides
- Leading analytics planning and liaising with statisticians and field partners
- Delivering insightful, visually compelling reports that get to the heart of the business question
- (Bonus) Moderating online discussions if you’ve got the experience
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has at least 5 years’ experience in market research , with 3+ years of project management under their belt
✔ Knows their way around brand health, comms testing and product innovation , especially in FMCG/retail
✔ Is a confident communicator, skilled in both client interactions and report presentations
✔ Has a degree in a relevant field—post-grad even better
✔ Is fluent in English (bonus points for French, Portuguese or Arabic)
✔ Is detail-obsessed, deadline-driven and thrives under pressure
✔ Is tech-savvy and fully proficient in Microsoft Office
✔ Understands statistics and sampling—and knows how to ask the right questions
