We’re on the lookout for a curious, analytical and detail-oriented Insights Executive to join our dynamic Customer Experience team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- A good understanding of the fundamentals of XM/CX research
- Experience in data visualisation, consolidation, and presentation with recommendations
- Solid foundation in working with large datasets in Excel and performing basic descriptive analytics
- With the guidance of their line manager, be able to translate data into insights that address key client business questions as well as develop and implement appropriate reporting, tracking and analysis methods
- Ensure sound relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor the progress of surveys
- Providing strategic guidance and insight to clients, whilst building knowledge on key and new research methodologies
- Proactively addressing client requests
- Face-to-face meetings with clients and client training

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of market research experience
- Holds a degree in economics, marketing, sociology, psychology, science, research, statistics, or business, preferably a post-graduate qualification
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft and Office tools; specifically, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
