REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- Diploma or degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (Essential)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role
- MS Office Suite
- CRM systems
- Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO platforms, email marketing tools, social scheduling software)
- Excellent English (spoken and written), any additional languages are a plus
- Professional and active social media presence
DUTIES
- Plan and execute monthly email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Schedule, track, and optimise digital marketing platform performance.
- Manage campaign budgets and reporting.
- Lead the division’s Google marketing strategy.
- Execute demand-generation campaigns through Google Ads and SEO projects.
- Report on ROI and performance analytics.
- Maintain and improve search engine presence.
- Own and execute the social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, schedule, and track campaigns.
- Manage performance, engagement, and advertising budgets.
- Stay on top of trends and platform changes.
- Perform ad hoc updates and audits of websites and microsites.
- Ensure uptime, speed, and optimal performance.
- Perform regular maintenance and SEO audits.
- Contribute to internal marketing initiatives.
- Support reporting, PR submissions, and stakeholder updates.
- Actively collaborate with sales teams to align goals and results.
