Ons kliënt is 'n jong, moderne en groeiende bemarkingsmaatskappy wat dinamiese digitale bemarkingstrategieë bied. Hulle span fokus op die skep van prestasiegerigte veldtogte en die bevordering van kliëntegroei. Hierdie rol vereis 'n gelyktydige balans van kliëntverwante kommunikasie en produksiebestuur.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

  • Bestuur ‘n portefeulje van digitale bemarkingskliënte (varieër in grootte en kompleksiteit).

  • Ontwikkel, voer uit, en bestuur digitale bemarkingsstrategieë wat op kliëntedoelwitte gebaseer is.

  • Beplan, loods en monitor kliënteveldtogte oor verskeie digitale kanale.

  • "Onboard" nuwe kliënte en verseker ‘n gladde oorgang na aktiewe veldtogbestuur.

  • Handhaaf deurlopende kommunikasie met kliënte, wat tevredeheid verseker.

  • Verskaf gereelde prestasieverslae met aksie-ondersteunde insigte en strategiese aanbevelings.

  • Funksioneer as 'n skakel tussen kliënte en interne produksiespanne om naatlose uitvoering te verseker.

  • Neem deel aan interne vergaderings, opleidingsessies en strategiese beplanningsbesprekings.

Vaardighede en Ervaring Benodig:

  • Vaardigheid in Google Ads oor alle kanale (Search, Video, ens.)

  • Ervaring in die bestuur van veldtogte op Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Ervaring met LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, en X (Twitter) Ads

  • Sterk werkskennis van Google Analytics en data-interpretasie

  • Ervaring met ander Google gereedskap soos Search Console en Looker Studio (voorheen genoem Data Studio)

  • Selfversekerd in kliëntebetrokkenheid, met sterk aanbieding- en konsultasievermoëns

  • Vermoë om tendense te analiseer, insigte te verskaf en data-gedrewe aanbevelings te maak

Our client is a young, modern, and growing marketing company offering dynamic digital marketing strategies. The team focuses on creating performance-driven campaigns and driving client growth. This role requires a balance of client-facing communication and production oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage a portfolio of digital marketing clients (ranging in size and complexity).

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.

  • Plan, launch, and monitor client campaigns across multiple digital channels.

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into active campaign management.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal production teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning discussions.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads across all channels (Search, Display, Video, etc.)

  • Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and data interpretation

  • Experience with other Google tools like Search Console and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)

  • Confident in client-facing roles, with strong presentation and consultation skills

  • Ability to analyse trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations

  • Excellent adherence to instructions

  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
