The client is an internationally focused marketing agency that specializes in providing services to the commercial real estate industry. They have a young team of highly talented individuals who are driven to make an impact and have fun. What you'll do
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client
- Act in an advisory role to client
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts in a digital marketing agency
- Conduct regular client meetings, including weekly status and Sales calls
- Handle tough conversations tactfully
- Timeously flag areas of concern or client dissatisfaction
Strategic Account Leadership
- Deep knowledge of the clients’ business objectives,
- Work alongside Head of Digital Strategy to develop tailored digital strategies and marketing plans to meet business objectives
- Deep understanding of the client industry and competitor landscape
- Ensure consistent planning, review, and alignment of all marketing activities against the strategy
- Confidently push back to client and internal stakeholders when activities do not align with overall strategy
Team Leadership and Development
- Act as a team leader and driving force of the client account
- Daily management and review of junior team member activities
- Actively participates in the mentorship and growth of junior team members
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Reporting and Insights
- Work alongside Discoverability team to ensure accurate and insightful campaign reporting
- Comfortable interrogating data and insights to ensure maximum value is delivered to client
- HubSpot lead and pipeline reporting
- Present campaign reporting and confidently answer client questions when needed
Operational Excellence
- Manage projects and campaigns from inception to completion, including development of project plans
- Urgency towards timelines and effectively manage timelines
- Always be on top of account organization and actively aware of the status of all projects
- Prioritize work based on urgency and importance, and consider impact on departmental workflows
- Ensure adherence to internal processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure the right resources are booked for a job
- Provide clear and detailed briefs including all deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Scope and Financial Management
- Strong financial acumen with experience budgeting and forecasting
- Retainer management and reporting
- Flag and resolve over- or under-utilization of retainer and incorrect time logging
- Make recommendations to improve scope misalignment
Knowledge and Skill Development
- Stay current with commercial real estate industry trends and emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Clear understanding of ATYPICAL verticals and solutions to effectively deliver services to client and identify opportunities to upsell
- Proactively drive self-development

- Digital Campaign Experience: 5 to 6 years

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5– 7 years experience in Account Management within a digital advertising agency or marketing communications environment
- Impeccable command of the English Language (written and verbal)
- Recent and involved experience in developing, rolling out, and reporting on digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and third-party suppliers
- Intermediate– Advanced experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), CMS., and relevant social media platforms
