Sorbet Van Riebeeckshof is looking for full time Beauty therapist to join our beautiful team.
Therapist should be qualified and able to perform the following treatments:
- Facials
- Peels
- Waxing
- Tinting
- massage
- manicures & pedicures
- lashes, Threading, gelish and medipedi would be advantageous.
Applicants should:
1. Understand and be able to accurately analyse guests needs and offer all treatments expected of your qualification and contract.
2. Maintain a hygienic working environment (treatment room and equipment) as per the Franchise system requirements.
3. Advise guests on the appropriate treatment according to their needs to meet your minimum sales requirements (according to skills level).
4. Advise guests on the appropriate retail products for home care, to meet your minimum sales requirements (according to skills level).
5. Actively upsell and cross sell treatments and retail products.
6. Actively focus on recommending re-bookings of all treatments.
7. Maintain and care for equipment and work tools entrusted to you.
8. Prepare rooms for treatments BEFORE guests arrive as well as clean afterwards. 9. Accurately restock your treatment room when needed.
10. Clean, sanitize and sterilize all equipment and tools after each use as per the Sorbet Hygiene Protocol.
11. Regularly attend and participate in the required training modules as per the Sorbet Franchise system and supplier requirements.
12. Always maintain a positive, professional, friendly and empathetic relationship with all guests and fellow citizens.
13. Assist in additional general operational work, as required by the Franchise Partner or Franchisor (cleaning of communal areas, stock takes, etc.)
14. Flexibility with shift times - working weekends/public holidays and retail hours
15. Perform any other reasonable requests and tasks related to the maintenance of the business as requested by management from time to time.
