Position Overview:This role is focused on ensuring a smooth and professional delivery experience for our customers by providing courteous and effective support to both drivers and merchants. You will be responsible for managing real-time communications with drivers, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during live orders. As the primary point of contact for the drivers, you will serve as the main representative of Deliver That. Building strong relationships with drivers will be key to your success in this role. You will work to foster trust and loyalty, addressing driver concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Your goal is to resolve any issues promptly and ensure a positive outcome for both the drivers and customers throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional responses to driver support inquiries via text and phone calls. Address and resolve any issues involving merchants or customers efficiently and with professionalism. Assess and modify driver routes as necessary to optimize delivery efficiency. Handle and resolve concerns from drivers or merchants with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Monitor active deliveries, addressing and resolving any issues that could cause delays or incomplete deliveries. Keep detailed, accurate records and notes for every order and driver profile you assist with. Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned and in accordance with your training.
