About the Role:
Elasticito is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts forward by creating and managing compelling campaigns across various digital channels. This is a full-time, remote position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's success in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email marketing materials, and other content formats as needed.
- Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies across relevant platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Campaign Execution: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing initiatives.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and leads.
- Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve overall business objectives.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the cybersecurity industry.
Key Goals:
- Contribute to driving the company forward through the creation and management of compelling marketing campaigns.
- Support the marketing department in achieving its goal of generating 100 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month.

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proficiency in content creation across various formats.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media presence.
- Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Canva design and video editing is essential.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Analytics) is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of HubSpot is a significant plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience in running webinars and events is beneficial.
