About the Role:

Elasticito is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts forward by creating and managing compelling campaigns across various digital channels. This is a full-time, remote position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's success in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email marketing materials, and other content formats as needed.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies across relevant platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and leads.
  • Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the cybersecurity industry.

Key Goals:

  • Contribute to driving the company forward through the creation and management of compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Support the marketing department in achieving its goal of generating 100 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month.

  • Copywriting: 1 to 2 years
  • Graphic Design: 1 to 2 years
  • Time Management: 1 to 2 years
  • Hubspot: 1 to 2 years
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in content creation across various formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media presence.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Canva design and video editing is essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Analytics) is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is advantageous, but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a significant plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Experience in running webinars and events is beneficial.
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Loyal and trustworthy team player.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
