Role Purpose
The Product Manager is responsible for the full product lifecycle of the Fixed / Connected Home portfolio—from ideation and development through to delivery, performance analysis, and market evolution. This role demands strategic ownership, operational drive, and cross-functional execution to ensure the delivery of compelling value propositions in a highly competitive broadband market.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Ownership

Take end-to-end ownership of products, from concept to launch and beyond.

Drive enhancements for existing products and introduce new solutions based on customer, market, and performance insights.

Prepare documentation, pricing models, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IS, core networks, legal, regulatory, operations, and marketing.

Oversee updates to systems, marketing content, and terms and conditions.
Market Research & Trend Analysis

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into the broadband market.

Benchmark against global trends and competitors.

Identify external influences (regulatory, tech, economic) affecting product direction.

Maintain customer segmentation models and identify growth opportunities.
Go-to-Market & Performance Monitoring

Collaborate with marketing and sales to define optimal channels for customer engagement.

Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.

Build reporting systems for product costs, pricing, and margins.

Analyse product performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Vendor Engagement

Liaise with internal business units and external fixed network operators to ensure alignment on product strategy.

Lead commercial negotiations with vendors for cost optimisation.
