Ons klient is op soek na 'n hoogs bekwame en Afrikaans-sprekende Persoonlike Assistent om administratiewe en logistieke ondersteuning te bied aan drie senior bestuurslede: een van die CEO’s, die Groep COO, en die Groep Besigheidsontwikkelingsbestuurder. Hierdie posisie vereis diskresie, uitstekende organisatoriese vaardighede, en die vermoë om verskeie hoëvlakverantwoordelikhede gelyktydig en professioneel te hanteer.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede :

Ondersteun die Hoof van Bedrywighede met die koördinering en bestuur van verskeie projekte.

Help met hulpbronbestuur oor afdelings heen en verseker tydige taakvoltooiing.

Personal Assistant to Senior Executives
Our client is seeking a highly capable and Afrikaans-speaking Personal Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to three senior executives: one of the CEOs, the Group COO, and the Group Business Development Manager. This position requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-level responsibilities simultaneously and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Head of Operations with the coordination and management of various projects.

Identify operational efficiency opportunities with the HOD and assist with problem-solving.

Assist in managing resources across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Support external vendor relationships, arrange meetings, and monitor service delivery.

Handle day-to-day operations such as ordering office supplies, administrative tasks, and logistics support.
Skills and Qualifications :
