What you'll do
- Oversee production scheduling and coordination to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage logistics for production and installation teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
- Optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Support business growth efforts in local and international markets
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards
- Act as 2IC, stepping into leadership roles when needed
