What you'll do
- Coordinate and schedule the HVAC service and repair teams for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate closely with management and technicians to prioritize daily callouts, maintenance, and ongoing projects
- Be the main point of contact for customers—handling service inquiries, scheduling, and ensuring smiles all round
- Track and monitor job progress to make sure every repair and service meets the company’s standards and timelines
- Maintain clear and accurate records of jobs, interactions, and outcomes
- Support the field teams with admin, troubleshooting, and the occasional curveball
- Analyse reports and identify opportunities for follow-up work—then quote like a pro

- High attention to detail and a knack for solving problems before they escalate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital scheduling tools
- Any formal certification in HVAC or operations is a big plus
