Call Center Agent

 Location: Cape Town, Clermont
 Full-Time Shifts Available

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing call center team! If you’re a strong communicator with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.

 What You’ll Do:

• Make Outbound calls to clients

• Provide product/service information and resolve issues

• Log details into our system accurately

• Follow call scripts and procedures

  ✅ Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Good communication and typing skills

  • Comfortable using basic computer systems

  • Previous Debt Review call center or customer service experience is a plus
