Overview of the Role:
The Group Estimating Manager plays a pivotal role in driving successful bid outcomes by overseeing the full bid lifecycle, engaging with clients, refining bid management processes, and leading the development of high-quality proposal solutions. This role involves managing and coordinating multiple estimating teams across various divisions and geographic regions.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.

A post-graduate qualification would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Experience:

10–15 years of experience in construction estimating.
-
At least 5 years in a senior estimating leadership role.
-
Exposure to large-scale, Design and Build, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) bids.
