Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Valuation
Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Perform valuation modeling using methods such as DCF, market multiples, and NAV for REITs and other asset classes. Assess financial performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities for investment. Provide investment recommendations based on fundamental research and financial analysis. Analyze Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), evaluating portfolio performance and financial health. Conduct market research on property sectors and real estate trends. Assist in managing investment portfolios, optimizing asset allocation strategies. Track and report on fund performance, investment returns, and key financial metrics. Investment Research & Strategy
Perform macroeconomic and industry research to support investment decisions. Monitor equity, fixed income, and alternative investment opportunities. Develop investment reports and presentations for stakeholders. Assist in risk analysis and portfolio stress testing. Qualifications & Experience:
Essential: BCom in Accounting or Finance. CFA Level 1 (non-negotiable); CFA Level 2 or 3 candidates preferred. 25 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or investment research. Strong knowledge of REITs, investment strategies, and portfolio management. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
