With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and financial inclusion, the business is looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic initiatives and help drive performance through meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities:- Analyse financial and operational data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.
- Assist with budgeting processes and variance analysis across key business areas.
- Provide insights and reporting on lending performance, customer trends, and cost drivers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data accuracy and financial visibility.
- BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential).
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools and data visualisation is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
