Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a dynamic individual to manage and expand a portfolio of high-value clients in the agriculture and related industries.
This role is ideal for someone with strong financial acumen, proven success in relationship management, and a deep understanding of specialised sectors such as agriculture, fintech, manufacturing, and franchising.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and grow a portfolio of commercial clients (R30mR1b turnover) Deliver tailored financial solutions through in-depth needs analysis Build trusted, long-term partnerships with decision-makers in key industries Leverage insights into trends like green energy and sustainable farming to add value Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-sell opportunities Present complex credit applications with industry-specific insightRequirements:
