What You'll Be Doing:As our Finance Process Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Cashbook Entries: Oversee daily cashbook entries, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing of transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Processing Payments: Handle all aspects of payment processing, ensuring all transactions are executed promptly and accurately.
- Financial Compliance: Work closely with the finance team to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal financial regulations.
- Supporting Financial Systems: Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our financial management systems to improve efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications: A BCom degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in handling cashbooks and processing financial transactions.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with CMS (Case Management Systems) is a definite advantage.
