Description:
- Take ownership of the manufacture order process, driving material and labour costing from initiation to execution
- Oversee Work-in-Progress (WIP) management, ensuring seamless ERP transaction flow, physical movement, and stock accuracy
- Lead and improve perpetual stock count processes across warehouse environments
- Conduct Quoted vs Actual Cost analyses and monitor gross profit margins for ongoing improvements
- Manage the Finished Goods Contingency Warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels
- Drive final project costing reviews, ensuring project profitability and reporting accuracy
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and Operations, streamlining processes and resolving queries effectively
- Recommend and implement cost-saving strategies and operational efficiencies
- Support statutory submissions, including calculations and reconciliations
- Finalise monthly reconciliations in coordination with the finance team
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation and resolving issues
- Take ownership of various ad-hoc financial projects and functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Cost Accounting / Management Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' relevant experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
