Job Title: External Sales Executive
Location: JHB South Tulisa Park
Renumeration: R30K + Provident by Company

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for a range of products and solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the regions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor on the product offering. Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications. Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, projects team and sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of the products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and identify new business opportunities. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the customer base. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and sales reports.
Skills Requirements
Client relationship management (corporate and individual). Project management skills. Sales and key account management skills. Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the refrigeration industry. Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and related equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a customer-centric mindset. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Refrigeration industry experience preferable.
