Key Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Demonstrated success managing lending products in a financial institution Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in business intelligence tools and experience with Agile methodologies Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across operations, compliance, marketing, and tech Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance within the lending space Exposure to international markets is highly advantageousEE Disclaimer:
